I went down to the local gun shop and picked up 25 pounds of #5 shot and a bag of natural wads. I'm going to try a bunch of different loads. But i thnk i'm going start wiht 80grs of ffg and wiht a wad then a paper cartridge with the same volume or maybe a little more. I think if i put the bayonet on the bess i could just poke them out of the tree.

A good time should be had by all. Except maybe the squirrels.

Here in Upstate NY we keep the bayonets on all the time. The sabertoothed squirrels hit the ground with fight left in them.

He left out that he needed the bayonet when he shot the birdie with 100 grains of bb's and bout 20 grains of powder hahaha! he had to chase it down with a big 'ole stick haw haw
