Rear sight replacement

Just purchased a Pedersoli Missouri River Hawken in .50 cal. I would like to replace the existing adjustable rear sight with a non-adjustable sight. Is this hard to do, and where might I obtain a non-adjustable sight for this rifle? Thanks!
