Please refrain from commenting in the troll-related posts. Leave them buried until the mods delete them. Just my two cents.

Very good advice, Red Feather! And....I might add: don't click on the YouTube video links, especially if the titles of these "posts" sound a bit strange, which they mostly do.

It is a Forum filter that you can use which will block you from seeing posts from another individual Forum member. When you put another member in your "lead box", they sort of cease to exist to you. Other Forum members will continue to see all the posts made.

If one was to go to the silly persons youtube video and add appropriate comments, well, it might be satisfying.

Easier than that, report it so the mods know about it and can delete it. The little ! mark in the bottom Right corner, just after the "Print" icon goes straight to the mods.

That's sage advice.

The problem is, there are so many really good and instructional You Tube videos out there, it's darn easy to get lulled in to falling for the click bait. In general, if a member already has a ton of posts, and their name and style is recognizable, those people are likely to be posting legitimate stuff. Some folks have 5000+ postings. If it's a member with only (pick your number) postings, then they probably need more scrutiny.

Maybe an internal forum rule ought to be that until you have X number of postings, you can't post anything with a link without it being reviewed by the Mods first? Just thinking out loud. After X plus a bunch more, then you can. It won't filter it ALL out, but I bet it will the majority of it.
