Removing brush from bore w tubing?

The question is....can or has anyone removed a stuck brush in a barrel by sliding a piece of tubing over the bristels and collapsing em?

There is plenty of discussion about using a brush in the bore....I'm not beating that poor haas anymore. This is way past that discussion.

Simply, getting the brush out as a gunsmith question.

Yes, it's one of the easiest methods to remove a stuck brush.

Yep tubing close to bore diameter with the end inside diameter tapered, makes it easier to slip the tubing over the brush.
