Hi,
I'm slowly getting into building. I've got what are essentially plug and play parts coming in to build a T/C Hawken clone.
The barrel assembly is made for a half stock set up, but having a few half stock guns already, I'm tempted to pursue a full stock on this one. That of course would necessitate removing the rib (and pipes) of this barrel.
Is such a thing possible? Moreover, is it advisable?
Thanks for your input.

There should be a couple of little screws to remove. Just make sure you use a proper fitting screwdriver or else you could bugger up the screw heads.

TC Hawkens have a small straight slotted screw in each end and maybe one in the middle. And they have a small allen screw in each thimble accessed through the bottom of the thimble.
