Which of the reproduction pistols accept conical bullets and paper cartridges without modification? Thanks

Over the years some of the 1851 Colt .36 caliber reproductions have had enough space to get a bullet started and rotate it under the ram, depending upon which revolver and bullet you have in front of you. And, the 1861 reproductions do of course usually provide plenty of wiggle room.

My Pietta 1860 needed work to fit paper cartridges but my 1851 fit without issue.

The Pietta rammers are shallow and can mushroom the tip of a conical. The Uberti's have a deeper divet and won't deform the conical when ramming home.
