Made my first horn. I had some small problems. But the horn came out great. Then i put powder in it.When i drilled the tip i think i left some burs where the bit exited inside the horn. Is there a tool to get in there and clean it up.

Since its already sealed and had powder in it, the red-hot wire is out of the question. If it were me, I'd take a straightebed piece of coat hanger and bend over one end about 1/4", then snip it off with a wire-cutter leaving just 1/8" bent & with a sharp edge. I'd then work this vigorously over the rough spots, repeating if it gets dull before the inside of the spout gets smooth.

Don't work it where the plug makes contact or you'll make that loose. Roll a piece of manila envelope or cereal box cardboard into a tube to protect the spout would prevent any wear there.

That's what I would do also. Make it sort of like a small bendable chisel to cut off the burr's. Make sure you shake the horn around to get all the peices out, they can be a pain if you don't get them out, they will block the hole and you'll get NO powder. :boohoo:
