NW Traders was the first place that popped into my mind as well...though beading on the case they offer would be a custom. I have purchased two capotes and several other items from them...all top quality, delivered promptly/as promised, and at a fair price. A call to them would definitely be worthwhile...but quality beading isn't cheap, so I think your cost expectations need to be in line with the hours it takes to do that chore well.
