Looking for decent priced Ruger Old Army

I saw one sell at auction about 3 weeks ago in Lancaster Co., Pa. New in box, blue, mfg. 1989 or so, with tax and fees, sold for $808.00!! (Had no factory papers or instr. sheet.) Hammered down at $675, the 808 was after tax and auction fee.

I'm curious as to what a decent price would be. About the cheapest I've seen is $550, heading all the way over a grand.

stainless versions seem to be fetching $1200+

I got mine for $550.00 @gunshow. Wouldn’t pay any more esp. for a blued version.

Wow. I passed up a stainless about 3 yrs. ago at $500., but was not at that time looking for one. Unbelievable!
