I've never tryed it. I mostly shot Lee mold conical slugs which have the rebated 'heel' so likely those would do fine to wrap the paper around. I have a spare cylinfer for my '58 I take in the woods w/me though.
and carry pre-measured powder charges in X39 cases with a vacum stub cap on them for quick reloads.
ditto Rem caps - they are better IMO than CCI.
