I have a 58 Cal Renagade that I picked up I then got a Lee .575 Dia round ball mold but loading the .575 s a real pain. Is the .562 dia mold to small or should I try some .57 Dia round balls.

I once owned a .58 Zouave. It shot fine with a .562 prb. It's not unusual to find slight variances in bore size between different gun makers and gun types.

Get a few and try .570 & .562. I found that the Rice barrel on my rifle likes the .562, the .570's were a little tighter than I like to load. Your barrel will tell you what it likes.

I've tried .562, .570 and .575 in my Colerain barrel and settled on a .562 with a .018" drill patch.

The .570 With .015 patches in the musket and the .570 and .018 in the Investarms. The balls I am using are from Hornady.

Yep, depends on the bore diameter and the rifling configuration. Got one with narrow lands, deep wide grooves and a .582 bore diameter that hasn't yet explained it's special needs! :idunno:
