Anyone out there make or have a good idea for a rubber barrel plug for browning and or boiling? I've always used a wooden plug when browning but it always seems to get just a little in the bore creating a rust spot that ends up having to be cleaned out. What do you guys use when boiling a barrel?

It takes a larger volume of water, but I pour boiling water over the barrel instead of submersing it. Pointing the muzzle down while pouring the water on it works well.
While browning,, I always treat the bore rather heavily with oil to prevent the chemical rusting, I guess I don't care if the face of the muzzle isn't browned.

i quit using a plug years ago, no issues with the inside of the barrel.
