Just yesterday I noticed that on an ROA the hammer when it falls - actually when I was letting it down into the notch between the caps - that the hammer throat/shank(?) was just enough off center to contact the left side of the part of the frame that it travels thru to reach the cap/notch.Am concerned that this may deflect just enough to not give full force of the hammer fall to the cap and thus a miss fire as I have had on occassion.
Two questions.
1. Is this assumption correct?
2. How can this be corrected?
Thanks in advance.
