There is a Lee Phillips over in Gallatin.
I don't know if he is Your guy though.
I don't really know how to get ahold of him.
He is probably around 50 years old.
Haven't seen him in 3 or 4 years.
 
Definitely a Leigh Valley style like a Rupp. Must be a smoothbore in the 48cal range with iron furniture and of course a rear sight. Not too much carving, but enough to make it authentic to the school. Can be stocked in cherry with a looong swamped barrel.
