Sacramento California question from a Nebraska resident

Are there any good vendors in Sacramento that sell black powder? Can it be purchased over the counter?

There is only one place I know of near Sacramento that sells real black.
It is Sierra Gun Supply in Auburn, they only sell Goex, it is 30 miles north of Sacramento.
Purchased over the counter, however you must show ID and they write down your info.
