I know Walker revolvers were generally carried in saddle holsters rather than on the belt, but I've never seen such a thing. Does anyone have pictures?

They're called pommel holsters, designed to sling a pair of dragoon pistols (revolvers or the old single-shot variety) along both sides of the saddle horn.

A single holster, double would be similar.
