. Well with Christmas just around the corner I thought I'd better get something finished for a shooting buddy of mine. This one measures approx. 13" along the curve and is 2-1/4" in diameter. I haven't put his name on it yet (he might be lurking on this forum and see it :wink: ).

soggy that is beautiful are the tansel style horns as hard to make as they look to be.

For the Fish Mouth I use a varity of tools; .....a hacksaw blade and various files and sand papers.............but mostly patience :wink: .
Take your time; that's the secret

What scrim tools do you use on your horns? I mostly use a knife I made from a jig saw blade, but I'm always looking for something better...

As far as tools for scrimming,I've tried several different types of knives. For "fine" work I use an x-acto knife with a # 11 blade, but mostly I use this one that I picked up from the "Log Cabin Shop"
