Was able to take three deer this year so I'm fixing to make sausage. Anyone have a spice ratio per pound. Doesn't matter what kind of spice.....I can improvise. Just looking for a place to start. Plan on smoking it in a smoke house. I will probably mix it 50/50 with pork.
