Worked out another deal with Chuck on another one of his knives..Heres what he had to say about it...
The knife blade was re-shaped from an old (circa 1920's) Old Hickory. The handle is elk antler with a rawhide cover, brass tacks, and pewter bolster and buttcap. The sheath is deer rawhide over bark tan, with a braintan and rawhide cuff. Sheath decoration is glass beads, iron tacks, and a coyote claw.

Rick,

You get some of neatest "stuff". I have liked that one since I first saw it. You sure are good at this.

STAGGERING!
The authenticity and detail in Chuck's work....combined with the quality of his photo layouts, is purely hypnotic. :shocked2:

Never seen anything quite like that,as Longshot mentioned hynotic to look at. This is one of those situations where the pictures can't do it justice-to much fine detail on it. The decoration of the rawhide wrap is awesome but then again that whole outfit is awesome. Wow!

Ronnie,I am lucky in the fact In own 3 of Chucks knives and treasure each one but each knife gets used as they should..Chuck makes some excellent working knives and they are not so hard on the eyes either..

Trucker whats your point?I have 3 of his knives and planned on selling 2..Is that ok with you?
