REDUCED. From what I have been able to find, these Korean Model 1863 rifles were made for a brief period in the early 1960s. A reference at the end of description says they were built on M1 Garand machinery provided to S. Korea by the US. Navy Arms and Replica Arms were early importers before the Italian companies got going. References indicate high quality steel and overall fit and finish. This Replica Arms example is solid and looks as good or better than any Zolis I have handled. Overall condition is probably 97%, with very good plus wood and very minor freckling in spots along woodline and around bolster. The bore is pristine and I do not believe it has been fired. Missing sling swivels. Should be a good shooter or addition to collection of replica Civil War weapons. $325 + Shipping.
