Good Evening Folks,
I present to you a great later 18th Century Rifle I had bought a few ago. My own judgement on the architecture of this fine piece is that it’s a 1790’s style. The caliber is .50 with all octagon barrel and knotched site with a blade sight forward. The stock is Tiger Maple that has a reddish hue ( to me). I’ve never fired this gun sadly. It doesn’t have a buttplate and wasn’t made with one . The barrel length is 44” . I’m asking 1,200.00 for this fine rifle that needs to be fired! Please pm me if interested. I accept check, money order and PayPal. Thank you!
