Testing the waters with these, they're some of the first pieces I've ever offered for sale.
A nice scrimshaw necklace made by myself. In the maritime tradition of scrimshaw, I went with a sperm whale. I think the texture of its skin came out nicely, and I carved the bone to be shaped reminiscent of a whale's tooth. The pendant is polished deer bone, carved and inked with India ink. Comes with an adjustable leather cord, which is easy to replace with a chain or different cord if desired.
