Carb cleaner $1.98 in automotive at WM. I always keep several cans on hand. Yes, there are much better carb cleaners on the market but this one works fine and is easy to find.

It is very easy to clean with water and soap. YOu clean it then put the corner of the mould in the hot melt and let it heat up. You can't get steam out of a mould that is the same temp as the lead. The water if there is any will be cooked out.
