I've had a piece of burl cherry I found in the woods a few years ago and finally put it to use. Both are from forged 5160 with bone and copper accents.

That's a lovely piece of burl. Very nice knives. Did you etch the blades once the forging was over?

The pictures dont even do the burl justice. Yes, just vingear. Gives them a little different look.

I've always been jealous of guys that can work with wood and steel...I can't seem to make a sharp enough blade out of leather!
