Nice deer and great rifle a meat maker for sure. You have more conviction then me as I count every buck I see as possibly my last. Our herd is thinning down here in NE PA. Those back straps are going to taste extra sweet.
 
Nice buck and gun!! I'm up in White County and didn't fire a shot the first season. Too many crops still in the field. Hopefully, this coming Thursday will be a different story. The weather forecast looks good, so I'll probably stay on my stand all day. I just acquired a T/C Hawken in .45 percussion that needs to have some woods time, so I'll probably take that.
