Make sure your basics are taken care of first before you do anything. Is your rifle level or is it rotated away / towards you. If you think you are flinching aim your gun, unloaded, and put a cap in it. See if you are staying on the target and remember to follow through with the shot. Shoot 3 shots and look at your consistantcy. If you can not get a consistant patern within 6 shots your load might be the next thing to look at, assuming you are a good shot and your rifle has no problems. Another thing is swabing your barrel after you shoot. Some people need to swab their barrel after each shot, others after 3 shots and then others can shoot all day. The way that I have found out is by if the rifle is getting harder to load and my consistantcy is getting worse. I have also found that if someone can watch me shoot they can point out something that I might not be able to see, Hopefully this helps. :v
