Shot Container

Based on Jim Webb's Southern Mountain Pouches book. It's a pretty heavy-walled bottle, but it still needs TLC. The measure is a copper "stub-out" trimmed to length with a brass screw eye soldered in the end.

I use it just as is. I looked hard for an Old Quaker booz bottle

How do you keep it from rattling ?

Lead shot doesn't make much noise and in my fur pouch or coat pocket, it hasn't been a problem. I'm old and I don't run around the woods like I could when I was a kid I tend to wait for stuff to come to me these days
