Was. Just wondering what you gents use for powder shot ,cards etc,to achieve decent patterns your 28gauge smooth bores ,thank you walt

All you need are 2 no 1/8 card over powder and 1 no 1/16 card over shot.

Check out my thread “Turkey Practice “ in this section from a couple days ago to see what I tried. However, mine is a .62 caliber (20 gauge).
