I am looking for a shoulder stock for a Pietta 1860 Army revolver or a stock for a Uberti 3rd model Dragoon. If you have one to sell, please let me know.
Check Gun Broker and eBay. In the past 12 months there have been at least 5 Navy stocks, 3 Army stocks (all of them Colt made), and 1 Dragoon stock show-up for sale there.
Remember that while a Navy stock can fit an Army, the J hook will probably be too short to function correctly. The Dragoon stocks are rare as hens teeth.

There are a couple on eBay now, but they are very expensive. I realize that one would have to give more for those stocks than he used to, but $550 is just too much for me.
I hear you, but since these stocks are all out of production, it's supply and demand driving the prices. $400 is about the lowest I saw a stock sell for last year.

It's still there. Along with two other.

Wow I saw those, way too much for what they are. IMO they are cool but not $500-$600 cool and I have one for my army, one for a navy and one for my dragoon. I feel very fortunate for sure.

Don't know why they don't make one universal. I made one a few years ago. It will fit any revolver. It was just something to pass the time. I used a Ruger 10/22 stock someone had cut and tossed away. I had some whiskey barrel bands. After some measurements, grinding, filing and sanding I got it done. Used it on my Walker and it did great. Used it on an 1858, 1851, 1860 and an 1873. Only thing is its not a quick connect/install/mount.
