It will eventually have a drop in smooth barrel too. This is English style from the 1750s-1760s. It is my favorite shooter. This is a 1740s-1750s New England fowler inspired by the Hawk fowler in Deerfield, MA. This is an early 17th century French fowler with converted snaphaunce. They are all good shooters. dave
