Single or Set Triggers For Hunting?

All my personal guns have single triggers set up for 3 lb pluss a couple ounces or so pulls. I personally think set trigger are a safety hazard up here in Pa during our usually blue butt cold muzzleloader season. Even the guns I have built primarily for target, still are set up with 3 lb triggers.
