LOL I've always like things made from found and salvaged/repurposed material.I always felt when I made something that way it had more of me in it than material.Like Daddy always told us,poor folks got poor ways,use what's at hand. :grin:

Sounds very interesting, looking forward to seeing the pics. I've got a pair of old riding boots that are pretty much unwearable lying around the house and you have also given me a great idea for a way to have them re-born, thanks very much!

Old boots have been the source of leather for several of my projects. Many can be bought at resale shops for very little money.
