It's taken a few years but some of that mechanical stuff is startin to sink in.

So, you've heard the story about the CEO who wanted to hire an accountant and insisted on conducting the interview personally?

The CEO greeted the first candidate with,
"So, you're an accountant? What does 5+6+14 equal?"

The accountant said "25, sir."

The CEO said, "Thank you. Next?"

The second candidate came into the room and the CEO said,
"So, you're an accountant? What does 5+6+14 equal?"

The accountant said, "25 sir."

The CEO said, "Thank you. Next?"

The third accountant entered the room and the CEO said,
"So, you're an accountant? What does 5+6+14 equal?"

The accountant said, "What do you want it to equal?"

The CEO said, "Your hired!"

However, to be persnickety, I would use equal rather than constant.
