Good doins, that looks like a Navy Arms .58 Buffalo Hunter, did you have it bored out?

No Sir. Lots of rifles are offered in smoothore over here as they are classed as a shotgun. There are less hoops to jump through to get a shotgun licence than to get what they call a firearm licence for rifles etc.
Traditionally a shotgun works very well in Britain for most and big brother is not toooo worried by them come the peoples revolt!

Well put sir!

Though I must admit, yours is the first I'd heard of in all these years. Only makes sense they'd also build for European differences in the gun trade.

Dang, you're making me want one of those buffalo guns! Congrats on the nice tree rats. :hatsoff:

:hatsoff:
You did it - AGAIN!

Congratulations!
You seem to get out a lot, I am a bit envious...

Keep going, it is always nice to see you, your dog, guns and game in the same picture.
Can you hunt the greys year round, they are not native to GB - right?

I've always wanted to ask one of our "cross the pond" brethren & you are elected.

WHY the H do you allow a bunch of "striped pants Sweet Old Boys" to decide such things as to which firearm that you CHOOSE TO HAVE for you good folks, instead of dumping them en mass out on their pointed little heads???
(I ask that because my maternal grandfather sent his entire gun collection to the UK in 1939 & collected other firearms from his friends/customers for your WWII Home Guard lads. - He didn't get his firearms back, either. = DRAT!!!)

yours for LIBERTY, satx

simple one to answer....we are all divided and a general high level of ignorance prevent any action occuring!
Over here all guns are evil! And people are gullable fools.....mostly.

Well put Sir!
Sad but true, could get a lot worse up here in Scotland

While I hate politics and discussing it here especially....there does seem an air of socialism/communism even, from certain quarters north of the border, worse than down here!

Shame.

Anyway just stash yer powder
