:hatsoff: Thats just good eats there, any day of the year!
Dont forget the cornbread, big slice of onion, and a cold glass of milk!

I fryed me a slice of smoked jowl
I bought a small pack, 4 slices. I like it for breakfast w/grits too
this in addition to BE peas and greens w/cornbread. I'll make gravy with the pan drippings from a slice of jowl in morn and have it over toasted cornbread

finally was able to fix that turkey jerky that I was sapose to make on new years. made teriyaki and my original hickory flavor. my wife and grandkids like the teriyaki flavor the best.I don't care for the sweet taste that much. Had a about 10 or 12 strips of the origanal that I fogot in the marinade in frig. put in a frying pan and fried. I know what I'm going to inject my next deep fried turkey with.I think it wouldbe awsome to marignate some venison steaks in it.

I love hot camp bread with butter.

That's my wife doin! My wife got involved 3 years ago and now I eat very well at outdoor Gatherings.

When it was just me I would have eaten some flower & water mixed together and thrown in a fry pan.
