FOR SALE Soles, lotsa soles

A friend bought a farm and he has hundreds, maybe thousands of these old army boot soles. They're free for the taking here in NY. Or I can ship as many as you want for shipping cost only, paid up front of course.
I kept a few for use on the ground when muzzle loading in gravel at my club so I don't shred my butt plate. We're hoping there's gotta be some crafty person who can save em from the landfill.

How soft/pliable are they. I was thinking rubber feet for machinery.
