Some flints

that I’d forgotten, whas doing some deep clean out and there they were a packet of 1/2 inch with 9 left and a packet of 3/4 inch with the full ten still inside.
Got them some years ago as the price of $6.50 reflects.

Store bought flints have definitely gone up! My 7/8x1” are difficult to find. I guess they’re either not common, or so common that people buy them all up…

Was counting flints last night. Still have dozens, good for a few years.

Yeah I know. While digging out and counting flints,
I have not had a black powder hand gun since the 70s.
Yet I found a capper, and flask in my stash. Have no idea how long they have been in hiding.
