It is a massive book (992 pages) of limited general public interest. I would be surprised if it is available in digital form. A copy is currently listed for (only!) $385. I suggest that you try interlibrary loan.

Many of the older or out of print books available there are scans of books from libraries across the country. It also includes items from the library of congress and national archives.
I've found lots of great books there, but sometimes the quality of the scan is poor.

Mark's thesis is much shorter than the book. The book contains many lists, inventories & details not included in the thesis other than as references.

... if it is DRY reading you want ... that's about the best in the world! My book collection rivals many, but THAT book was sold off ... best sleepy-time medicine ever offered ...
Just downloaded the thesis without issue.
