I have not purchased anything online from them, but have purchased items in their store in Bardstown, KY (and have had email correspondence about them ordering an item for me), so I can vouch that KYGUNCO is legit and are good people to deal with. My cousin was just in the store the other day, and they had a case of CCI #11s (magnum or regular, I am not sure). I believe they were asking $9.99 per tin of 100. He did not buy any, so they still might have some. Good luck! Stay away from the online-only stores that have everything you can think of in stock, pre-pandemic prices, no hazmat fee, and don’t take anything other than Zelle or Pay-Pal. Scam! Scam! Scam!If an online store only accepts Zelle or Paypal F&F it's almost a guaranteed scam.
KyGunCo. has them in stock, I don't have any experience ordering caps from them personally, but I know it's a real place. KYGUNCO
I'm not sure where you're at in California, but Sportsman's Warehouse shows them in stock at their stores in Corona, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Brentwood, Fairfield, Chico, Rohnert Park, and Eureka. It doesn't appear they offer shipping though.

Because doing so would subject both the buyer and seller to scrutiny by the feds. Caps, like black powder, must be sent via hazmat methods and regulations, which would also raise a bunch of red flags in regards to the forum in which the initial sale began. In other words, no FFL, no deal and to do so otherwise would probably be illegal.“Just a reminder, selling or buying caps or powder on here is strongly frowned upon.”
While there are periods they seem scarce as hen’s teeth on the market I was wondering why I NEVER see them here. Why is it discouraged?
Zelle is fairly safe. Usually your bank will take care of fraud.I finally got my Kodiak Safari Express 72 caliber double barrel rifle!
I am very excited and happy, except...
I am having a heck of a Time finding number 11 primer caps. Brick and mortar is out, so my only option is online. The sites that I do find them on want me to use zelle, which I dont have, or paypal, but only with "friends and family" selected, which of course means I am screwed if they are scammers because there is no buyer protection. Sites with other payment options are all out of stock.
They explain that PayPal will not allow Munitions to be sold, so that is the compromise. It does not make sense, but someone here has more experience than I do and might know if this
is standard practice. It seems to be a common theme on a variety of sites that sell Pyrodex and percussion caps. Any experience would be greatly appreciated, thank you
Sportsman ware house had the best price, but limited stock and limited amount you could get. Cabelas limited stock and crazy high prices, even in my small shop I can only supply limited primers an caps to regular customers.IMO: If the vendor won't accept a credit card pass.
Check your Walmart, Academy, Cabela's, and Sportsmans Warehouse stores for number 11 caps.
I believe I would beg to differ on the safety of Zelle. My attached screenshots were just taken from their site. Pay particular attention to numbers 2&3. Zelle tells you themselves not to use it with people you don’t know, as there is no recourse.Zelle is fairly safe. Usually your bank will take care of fraud.
Paypal is your better choice. Most people that sell on Paypal want you to use "Friends and family" for one reason and one reason only. Before the corrupt Biden regime, you only had to report sales income only if you had $20,000+ in sales or over 200 sales. Biden changed all of that now!! Under his regime you have to report any sales income over $600 regardless of the number of sales. A big tax on the middle class.
I have to agree! Your best choice is Paypal. Especially for large purchases. Anything we sell from here on is "Friends & Family".I believe I would beg to differ on the safety of Zelle. No reputable business will require that type of payment. Likely they would refuse it.I finally got my Kodiak Safari Express 72 caliber double barrel rifle!

There are no buyer protections if you select the "friends and family" option. If you send money that way and it turns out to be a scam, they won't do anything about it.I have to agree! Your best choice is Paypal. Especially for large purchases. Anything we sell from here on is "Friends & Family".
