Where you live it should be very easy to get some fat and render your own. It's pretty easy to do.....
Go to the local guy who process deer and ask him to save you some..He will give you all you want. It is scrap to them and they have to dispose of it. While you are at it, ask him to save you some bear fat if somebody brings one in. I asked my guy and he said "gee, I wish you would have asked me last year....a guy brought in a 500 pound bear and I filled a trash can with fat." That stuff is liquid gold!

Offer to help any friend to help butcher his/her deer. Tell him that you'll do it for the fat and the hide. :thumbsup:
Contact your local law enforcement and ask them if they keep a list of people who want car kill deer. In WI, some county's keep the list and will call you to come get a car kill and the tag is free. You will then have some fine eating along with the fat you need. :thumbsup:
