I live in the Central Alabama area and am just getting into black powder shooting. Does anyone know of any events local to this area where I might get my feet wet.

They meet last Sunday of the month from Feb. Tru Sept. They have a big shoot and get together On Memorial Day and Clumbus Day. E-mail me and I'll give you the phone number of someone to cnotact. I don't think he would want his personal phone number spread around the world. Then again who knows..........

The French Broad Rifles will have the annual Western Carolina Offhand Championship at its Primitive Weekend and Woodswalk...we're combining the activities...the dates will be from Thursday Sept 29th through Sunday October 2nd.
