I had some items to mention but it appears the guys beat me to the punch. I can add one minor thing and that's whatever loads you use make sure they can be seated safely with the wood underbarrel rod. That's especially important if you hunt with the rifle.
And while your working your loads up mark your ram rod or range rod with tape at the barrel crown when the powder & ball are fully seated. You’ll have a reference for when your next load is correctly seated as the barrel dirties up when shooting. When you find a load that you will shoot most often, make a permanent (shallow) ring on your ram rod with a small file or knife and go over it with a permanent marker. It’s good to have some kind of reference.

Once you have collected all the tooling you need to load and maintain your shooter don't just drop them in the bottom of your bag. Take some time and a few pieces of leather and fabricate a wallet to carry all that stuff so you need'ent start digging around in your bag when you want something.

I made this one over twenty years ago. has blacksmith forged pliers and a turn screw, extra flint, a small round "hammer" (looks like a door hinge pin) to freshen up the edges, patch puller and a forged out 6" extension for my ram rod. Only thing missing is a ball puller which is now in the pocket of someone who felt he needed it more than I did. This is flintlock dedicated to my gun. Yours may be different.
