As long as it has no choke, and you use the special hard plastic Steel Shotcups, there shouldn't be any problem. I have been using it for years in my cylinder bore Navy Arms double barrel .12 ga. with absolutely no signs of barrel damage. But, you might check with Coleran just to see what they say.
