If you don't shoot matches you could use two hands and larger/fun targets, maybe cans of various sizes, charcoal briquettess eggs, chalk and other things you might have around the house. You could also use airguns just for fun if you can use them in your backyard. Just some ideas. Good shooting

I got revolvers, single shot pistols, derringers, hunting rifles and a smoothbore.,,
And, all that experience with learning to use'm, + your casting and home stead skills,,
The way you learned and applied those skills was an amazing thing to watch.
Your in a great position to help others learn a few of the same lessons.
I hope you hang around and lend a hand from time-to-time, ;)

Glad to see you are back. getting old isn't for sissies . I just had my fourth back surgery( tumors removed from my spine). But I am hopeful that I'll be back to shooting soon.

Hey fellas, been a long time. :)

I moved to a new home. Still out in the country, but not as country as I was.
My days of stepping out the back door into the wilds and ready to hunt are gone.

Been a busy few years since I last came here.

Hope everyone is doing well.
So glad to see you back, always enjoyed your post. We don’t have too many ladies on and it’s good to get your perspective

Glad to to know you are ‘still out here’. When someone contributes 5k posts and suddenly disappears it usually is not a good situation, and we rarely know what occurred. Guess almost losing a leg isn’t that traumatic. Yea, right. It’s a big deal. Good to hear both you and your leg survived. Looking forward to you posting again. Great that you are back.

Really good to see you back! I've been very lucky to have avoided every ailment so far mentioned in this thread, but had my own input with cancer just over three years ago. It has made shooting heavy rifle loads a mite painful to both sides of my face, but apart from that and perennial ankle damage from running around in Army issue boots for thirty years I seem to be pretty much free of everything except growing old. I'm trying to look at it from the point of view that although I'm not getting any younger, I'm really looking forward to getting older.

A lot has taken place over the time you've been gone, and there's a whole lot of catching up to do, so I hope that we see a lot more of you now.

All the very best to you and yours from the tac family, over here in rural East Anglia where, on a clear day, you can almost see Warsaw.... :)
