Strangest Flintlock to Percussion Conversion

What are some of the strangest or rather quite interesting conversions you have seen in terms of flintlock to percussion?

Round piece of steel countersunk like percussion hammer - flat end clamped in flintlock hammer jaws like a flint. Drum and nipple screwed in where touchhole was.

Not a strange conversion but quite a neat one.

This is a Nock boxlock turnoff pistol. If you look closely at the hammer you can see a faint line where the modification was performed.
