Stumbled onto a lube

Long story short, we purchased a tin of moisturizer for one of our dogs nose and it's great on patches.
All the oil ingredients are natural plant based and beeswax.
I definitely see more of this in the future.
Mileage may vary but I was impressed.

I wouldn't try any of that ED cream that's advertised either.....you might get patches as stiff as roof shingles.

Just a tip, bears don't go for that stuff any more than a dog does!

Dad used to call that dog behavior "cold nosing". He also applied it humans as the situation required

In the olden days they used "Alum" to reduce bore size.
