Those guys are living the dream, in a matter of squeaking. Never could get a good look a their muzzleloaders but they appeared to be late 19th century English fowlers. Neat.
I've watched several of the videos on that channel. They make their own guns, powder, and even caps. The caps I saw being made used toy caps as the priming compound.
They are not going to subsist long handling their guns in the dangerous manner they show in the vid. Nothing subsistence about what they are doing, just a walk in the woods along a developed trail.
