Just a few words about T/C moulds in general in case you're in the market for one. First, whoever purchased blacksmith58's mould got quite a deal! Second, to my knowledge, the T/C moulds were generally not made in .005" increments so that a .54cal. mould would cast @ .530" in pure lead and a .50 cal. mould would cast @ .490" with the same metal. Third, they are of excellent quality and cast beautifully even though some deride them because they are anodized aluminum. Last, I've mostly owned (and still own) T/C marked ones, but Lyman, Ohaus*, and perhaps Sharon also produced them for Thompson Center.
*I got a NIB .50cal. Ohaus mould at Dixon's several years ago. It did not cast @ .490"as I expected, but a true .500". Btw, it looked exactly like the T/C marked moulds.
