Not sure the background on this guy. Definitely has anT/C serial number on the barrel. Smoothbore .50 cal so like a 32 gauge I believe. I've put some rounds through it and it performs as it should.
Bore is in excellent condition.
Drops right in to any 15/16' Hawken stock and will work just as well in a 1" hawken or Renegade stock.

It must be 15/16ths across the flats if it'll drops into a TC Hawken stock.
 
Looks like a Thompson Center QLA system ( Quick Load ) barrel. About 1.25" of rifling is lost to the bored out false muzzle then pickup the rifling.
 
If it was a T/C barrel it would be marked. Lots
of barrels were made by other companies for the Massachusetts smooth bore season. Bobby Hoyt can rifle that for a reasonable price.

no actually they were made because anything rifled in mass has to be registerd,,,so t/c made them so mass could own them without all the bullcrap paperwork.
