If no one can help, rather than carrying your rifle into a store and upsetting people, just take the barrel with you.
Very few people will be upset from seeing a long heavy steel "bar" being carried into a store.

You can even wrap the barrel tight with a little newspaper, a piece of tape or two,, it's darn sure legal to transport a pipe.
Then when ya get to Ace hardware,, point at the bolt and tell the man you need an allen wrench that fits that,, :wink:

?? Just pulled out both of my Senecas and all visable screws on the rear sights are for flat blade screw drivers..

What kind of screw is it? If an Allen, sets of wrenches are very inexpensive. If a slot just grind an old screwdriver to fit. Customizing stuff for maintaining guns is a standard 'do it yerself' thing.

The idea of removing the barrel is a great one.
The set screw I'm referring to is in addition to the elevation and windage adjustment flatheads. It is smaller than any wrenches in the sets you can buy at the big box stores.

PS, to add, I see now you've been here longer than I have. Your post count threw me. :haha:
If its not available at the big box hardware store, then it's time to go to an auto parts store or ACE Hardware. Bring in the the barrel and try until you find a wrench that fits.
